Lud Schroedl - Entrepreneur and Investor
In 2016, Lud Schroedl founded his first company. Four years later, at the age of 22, he sold it for a seven-figure valuation and walked away with several hundred thousand dollars. The sum itself mattered less than what it sparked: a lasting appetite for equity transactions, though that wasn’t yet obvious at the time.
In 2020, he put the proceeds to work by founding his family office, LS&C, with a deep focus on private equity. At the same time, he built the software company INAI, which he sold to FLYERALARM in 2024. Two structural investments, Bitcoin and the AI buildout, drove LS&C’s assets under management past $100 million by 2026 (verified by Herdegen). That same year, he founded the investment bank FISART, which cleared more than $265 million in transaction volume within its first twelve months.
